Welcome to the first week of September 2014 and all of its hotness. If’ you’ve been living under a rock for a few days don’t worry, we’ll get you caught up on all that was hot and all that was not this week.
First we have to start out with some sad news. The Joan Rangers are now without their fearless leader. This week we lost comedic great, Joan Rivers. Born June 8, 1933 in Brooklyn, NY, Joan Rivers was a comedian, writer, actor, producer, television host, mother and grandmother. She was fearless and funny. She will be missed.
The passing of Joan Rivers is sad, but the show must go on and if it’s going to go on it may as well go up in smoke. This week it was announced that the higher half of Cheech and Chong will be one of the newest contestants on the television show, “Dancing with the Stars”. The show is a dance contest where celebrities are paired off with professional dancers and then judged on their technique. Let’s hope that Tommy Chong and his partner can pull of a spectacular rendition of Tracy Turnblad’s “The Roach” dance.
