In the summer of 1966, Fantastic Four #52 debuted the first notable African superhero. Stan Lee and Jack Kirby birthed the Black Panther and it wasn't long before the character starred in his own solo ongoing comic, the first to ever star a black superhero. Ever since however, he has been one of the most underrated superheroes in Marvel lore. But no more.  Read more...

The 4th season of agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. has indeed been all over the place, but it’s been (arguably) the best one the show has ever done, and without any blatant connections to a Marvel Studios film. Sure there was Daisy Johnson’s Sokovia Accords hearing and Jeff Mace/The Patriot’s fame he got from being an “accidental hero” during U.N. attack (both being events from Captain America: Civil War) and the introduction of the mysterious Darkhold, a mystical book that delves into the same territory as Doctor Strange, but for the most part this season of AoS basically ran on its own steam. You would think after a week long hiatus (let’s be honest, this show is a lot more entertaining than the V.P. debate, but anyway), AoS would have cooled off...but not with Ghost Rider this season! It’s hotter than ever! Read more...

It’s back! Yup AoS season 4 has begun and it begins with a roar! Last season was touch and go, with a lot of side plots and stuff going on, and it seems this season is a bit of back to basics with Coulson and his team. With a few kinks. Read more...

This season on Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.: It was a rollercoaster of a season as Daisy Johnson and Director Coulson tried to help the growing Inhuman population by rescuing them, educating them and offering them a spot on a spec ops team headed by Johnson named The Secret Warriors. This was not an easy task ahead of them as President Ellis is forced to establish his own, more militant tactical squad to handle what was seen by the general population as an alien outbreak called the ATCU, headed by a steely eyed, stern woman named Rosalind Price.
